Effected by change , Effects of change how do we deal with it. There is change for the better where change you accept change and embrace the change, then there is change were we refuse to accept and find every excuse there is to get away from that change we view as negative. Here are ways to deal with change and be more accepting of change.
Steps Toward Acceptance
Address the “why”: Create information to include specific rationale for the change to come, and be sure to include the people who may be affected by the change. Keep the change postive.
Anticipate concerns: Think ahead and develop a frequently-asked-questions that addresses possible anxieties about the planned change.
Communicate: Hold personal meetings or conference calls to tell them what is going to happen, when it is going to happen and what they will need to do. Keep talking about the “why” as a motivator.
Encourage feedback: Give people a mechanism to express their thoughts and concerns. Meetings to discuss the change,emails can be effective.
Provide status updates: Maintain an emphasis on the why, what, when and how of the upcoming change. Be more postive toward the change so that others can see the brighter side of the change.
Bottom line :Always see change as a postive step in life even if it feels negative , because our mindset can set us in a postive direction or a negative one.
