Our youth are in the working world, do they know there rights. Every job has a manual and it's a good thing to get familiar with it because it becomes your bible on your job. When your told something that you know think that's not correct just reference back to your job manual. Rules change daily in our workplaces but you have the right to be informed about when they changed and what is needed from that point on. Leaving workers in the dark because they dont know or understand is WRONG. There are labor laws that every job.
