Why so much tension in NYC specialized schools?

There should be no tension with parents over scrapping the test to specialized schools.  Reason is what parents dont know is it's not really about the test it's about the Education system that deprived minority students by placing them in special education, not funding those schools in minority communities and putting minority students last . It's time that parents stand up and voice there concerns for equal education no matter were you live. Minority students are just as important as the rest. The hate has to stop and to see adults , yelling , I dont want that child coming in my schools is a disgrace. We really need to come better than what were doing. The new chancellor is making change so everyone is on the same opportunity and that's the way it should be. Education helps our youth to be more productive.  I think minority children has suffered enough , let's support education and stop with the separation.  Equal Education for all.
